“The most valuable take-away for me is the open, peer coaching dialogue within a diverse group of people all grappling with the complexity of integrating as an expat is a powerful group dynamic. I had underestimated how challenging it would be to transition into German society, as an expat, and seeing that I am not alone is quite reassuring and motivating. I like the mix of coaching techniques and open, group reflection.”

“The program has helped to understand the cultural differences when integrating in a new country, the emotions and feelings that come from moving abroad. On the professional level, the 1:1 meeting I had with my coach helped me a lot in defining a future goal for my career. They listen in depth to participants when they speak, they show a great deal of interest in people, they’re passionate about this program and giving knowledge from the heart.”

“Eva and Nevena have their own experience in the corporate world and real-life experiences with integration, in various stages of their lives as young professionals, married, and the game-changer kids. I feel most trainings concentrate just on language here I felt a more holistic approach.”

“I have benefited greatly from the programm. I have learnt from Nevena and Eva experience and would give it a 5 out 5 rating. The people I met are from diverse backgrounds making the program much more interesting. It has a positive attitude towards integration and expat life. It is more than a training but rather building skills that will help me for the future.”
